  2. Cancellation Before Shipment: You reserve the right to cancel your order within a reasonable timeframe before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact us via email or phone. If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment source.

  3. Changing Your Mind: You have 14 days from the receipt of your item(s) to initiate a return under our change of mind policy. The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, with all security seals and tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact us with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Warranty claims must be made within the specified period and are only valid in the UK. Accidental damage is not covered and please ensure battery operated items are used and charged regularly (once per month) this ensures your battery will have a long life. Never store a battery when it is flat, always charge after use. Contact us for more information on individual product warrantees.

  2. Faulty Items: In the event of a faulty item, please contact us via email or phone. We may request pictures or videos to diagnose the issue. Depending on the situation, faulty items will be repaired or replaced within 30 working days.
