Order Processing and Shipment

  1. Order Placement: When you make a purchase from Wheelie World, you are entering into a contractual agreement governed by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  2. Cancellation Before Shipment: You reserve the right to cancel your order within a reasonable timeframe before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact us via email or phone. If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment source.

  3. Changing Your Mind: You have 14 days from the receipt of your item(s) to initiate a return under our change of mind policy. The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, with all security seals and tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact us with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Shipping Costs

  1. Postage Charges: In case of cancellation after booking with the courier, postage costs may apply. Free shipping options that are canceled post-booking will incur a £10 charge.

Delivery and Transit

  1. Damaged Items in Transit: If you receive damaged goods upon delivery, please notify us immediately via email or phone. We may request pictures or videos to assess the damage. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded after examination.

  2. Items Not Received: If your item has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact us. Claims for lost items can only be made after 30 days from the order date.

Warranty and Faulty Items

  1. Manufacturer Warranty: Our electronic items come with a 12-24 month manufacturer warranty covering structural and internal components for any manufacturing defects.  Battery warrantees range between 6 - 24 months depending on products. Warranty claims must be made within the specified period and are only valid in the UK. Accidental damage is not covered and please ensure battery operated items are used and charged regularly (once per month) this ensures your battery will have a long life. Never store a battery when it is flat, always charge after use. Contact us for more information on individual product warrantees.

  2. Faulty Items: In the event of a faulty item, please contact us via email or phone. We may request pictures or videos to diagnose the issue. Depending on the situation, faulty items will be repaired or replaced within 30 working days.

  1. Promotional Offers: Periodically, we may run promotional offers subject to availability. Terms and conditions apply to all promotions and may be subject to change without notice.

  2. Safety Notice: Please adhere to all safety instructions provided with our products. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage for which Wheelie World Limited cannot be held liable.

  3. Limitation of Liability: Wheelie World Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  4. Applicable Law: All transactions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Scotland, England, and Wales.
