Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment Customers have the right to cancel their order after placing it. To cancel an order, please contact us via email or phone. If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed within 14 working days. Please note that if the order has been booked with the courier at the time of cancellation, you may incur relative postage costs. Free shipping options will incur a £10 charge.

Changing Your Mind Within 14 Days Under our 14-day change of mind return policy, you have 14 days to cancel your order starting from the day you received the item. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or telephone. Ensure that all items are returned unused and in the original packaging with security seals and tags intact. You are responsible for arranging postage until the item reaches our warehouse. Once the item undergoes inspection, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds Upon cancellation or return of an order, refunds may take up to 28 working days to process. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser, and items must not be used or damaged to qualify for a refund. Damaged items will be repaired under our 12-month warranty policy.

Faulty Items In the unlikely event that an item is faulty upon delivery, please inform us via email or telephone. We may request pictures or videos to diagnose the fault. Items must be returned at the customer's expense unless dropped off at our repair center. Repairs or replacements may take up to 30 working days from the date of receipt of the faulty item.

Damage Caused by Transit If goods purchased are found to be damaged upon arrival, we will provide a replacement or refund after examining the item for faults or damages. Basic delivery charges will be refunded, and cancellations are eligible for a full refund including basic delivery costs within 28 days.

Warranty Our electronic items come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering internal electronic components and a 6-month warranty for the battery. The warranty is valid in the UK and does not cover misuse, theft, aesthetic damages, or modifications to the item. Seals must remain intact to avoid voiding the warranty.

Wrong or Damaged Item Received For wrong items received, return the item within 14 days for a replacement. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving damaged items, providing pictures or videos of the damage. Please do not attempt to fix a fault or damaged item as this will void the warranty.

Items Not Received If you have not received your item, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Claims for lost items must be made within 30 days of the order date.
